Summer Program Inventory

All faculty and staff hosting summer programs (regardless of duration or modality) are being asked to complete the UC San Diego Summer Program Inventory form to help streamline campus services and planning.

By submitting this form, you are expressing intent to host a summer program. The facilitation of your program and procurement of campus resources/services is subject to your home department's discretion and subsequent contracting respectively. Your input will allow our team to communicate helpful resources and information more efficiently.

The 2024 summer program inventory is now closed and available by request only by contacting Summerplanning@ucsd.edu.

Submissions receieved by the deadline are noted at "2024" in the Summer Program Finder.

This form is intended for UC San Diego faculty and staff sponsored programs only. External organizations should contact meetings@ucsd.edu to inquire about residential and day-use accommodations.
