Summer Program Inventory
All faculty and staff hosting summer programs (regardless of duration or modality) are asked to complete the annual UC San Diego Summer Program Inventory to help streamline campus services and planning.
By submitting this form, you are expressing intent to host a summer program. The facilitation of your program and procurement of campus resources/services is subject to your home department's discretion and subsequent contracting respectively.

Deadlines

Priority Deadline: October 15, 2025 | Programs in need of Housing, Dining and Hospitality Services are strongly encouraged to submit their programs by the priority deadline.
Deadline: November 12, 2025 | All submissions received after November 12 will be considered late, and support for Summer 2026 may be difficult, or in some cases not possible to provide.
Form Closure: Wednesday, January 7, 2026 | Late submissions will be accepted until Wednesday January 7, 2026. After this date, the inventory form will be made available by unique link to unaccounted programs as needed.
UC Anti-Discrimination Policy
In collaboration with the Office of the Vice Chancellor of Organizational Transformation we are asking all programs to submit an acknowledgement of the UC Anti-Discrimination policy. Programs should complete their acknowledgement within two weeks of their submission.The link can be found here.
Summer Program Planning Workshops (for UC San Diego Faculty and Staff)
- Summer Programs 2026 Nuts and Bolts (registration required): This meeting is an opportunity for all faculty and staff hosting or supporting summer programs at UC San Diego in summer 2026 and will be offered twice and recorded for your convenience.
- For-credit, academic Summer Session programs for incoming students ONLY: Contact Paty Macedo to sign up for a targeted workshop for these programs specifically in addition to attending the general workshop above.
- We will share additional workshops and opportunities to connect as they are scheduled.
